Applications in Standard Form are inverted inverted from Indian citizens as defined under Article-S and 6 of the Constitution of India for filling up the following vacant post rn the establishment of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Dhubri.

Name of the post : Driver (Post-1)

Scale: 14000-60,500 +GP 5200 (PB-2)

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. The candidate must not be less than 18 years or more than 43 years of age as on 01,01.2019. In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing rules of the Government of Assam.
2. The candidate must have passed Class-VIII.
3. The applicants shall have to submit self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials of educational qualificatron, experience (if any), caste, age proof, etc,, along with their application.
4. The applicant shall have to submit 3 (three) recent passport size photographs and one self-addressed envelope of 5 cm X 11cm with postal stamp of Rs.5/- along with the application.
5. The applicants who are already in service should submit their application through proper channel with No objection Certificate from his/her employer.
6. The applications should reach the offlce of the undersigned on or before 10.12.2019 at 5:00 P.M. The board shall not be responsible for postal delay.
7. The application should be addresses to the "principal Judge, Famity court,Dhubri"
8. Incomplete/defective/late applications or information/declaration mentioned by the applicant at any stage, if found false or incorrect will be rejected without any intimation.
9. Canvassing directly or indirectly or in any form will disqualify the candidature.
10. Date, time and venue of driving test/interview/viva-voce shall be notified rn the official NOTICE BOARD of the Family Court, Dhubri in addition to publishing  it in the official website (www.dhubriludiciary.gov.in) and intimatrng the candidates through call letters.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
