National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) has been embarking upon prevalence survey of Tuberculosis across the country expeditiously. To undertake this activity effectively and on a time-bound manner NIRT is in search of candidates having high level of commitment and dedication to work mainly towards monitoring and intermittent field work throughout the country in various States/UTs.

Following is the list of vacancies in Assam and other North Eastern States:

1. Scientist C (Medical Officer) /Consultant (Medical)

2. Project Technical Officer (Senior Investigator)

3. Project Assistant (Field investigator)
No of posts: 1 Post

4. Project Technician III (X-Ray Technician)
No of posts: 2 Post

5. Project Technician II (Laboratory Assistant)
No of posts: 1 Post

6. Data Entry Operator (Grade B)
No of posts: 1 Post

7. Senior Project Assistant (UDC)
No of posts: 1 Post

How to apply: The Candidates should bring 5 copies of the Bio data in the prescribed format along with all certificates / testimonials in original for verification. Candidates who fail to bring the Original Certificates for written test / Interview will not be considered.

* Experience certificate should clearly state the nature of work during the period of employment.
* No- Objection Certificate from the current employer (for Govt./AB/PSU Servants only)
* The reporting time will be from 9.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m. and the walk in interview/written test will be from 11.00,a.m onwards. TA/DA will not be paid to the candidates for attending the written test/ interview.
