Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from a recognized University with a diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Due weightage will be given to Law graduate.

The Diploma/Certificate of Stenography and Typing shall be issued by a recognized Board, Institutions or shall be recognized by NCVT or other relevant act. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Official language of the State of Assam (Assamese).

Selection Process: Skill test, Written examination and Viva-voce/ Interview .
