Applications are invited in standard form from the intending candidates for filling up one UDA, one LDA and one contractual basis Gd. lV post of peon in the establishment of District Legal Services Authority, Charaideo at Sonari in the pay scale and grade pay with other allowances under the rules mentioned below :

1. Upper Division Assistant (UDA)
No of posts: 1 [UR]

Pay: PB 14000-49000 + GP 8000 + other allowances
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a graduate and have rendered continuous service as Lower Division Assistant (LDA) in a Government Department of Assam including Judicial Department for at least 05 (Five) years.

Age: Candidates must not be above 45 years as on 01.01.2019.

2. Lower Division Assistant (LDA)
No of posts: 1 [UR]

Pay: PB 14000-49000 + GP 6200 + other allowances
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required is graduate in any discipline from any Govt. recognized University. Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the valid Registration number as on the date of application must be mentioned in their application.

Age: Candidates must not be below 2l years and above 44 years as on 01,01 2019.

3. Peon (contractual)
No of posts: 1 [UR]

Pay: Fixed pay of Rs. 9000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification required is Class Vlll passed and maximum is Class Xl passed. Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange and the valid Registration number as on the date of application
must be mentioned in their application.

Age: Candidates must not be below 18 years and above 44 years as on 01.01.2019.

How to apply: The application should accompany self attested copies of all documents in support of education, age and other qualifications and four (4) copies of duly signed recent pass port size photographs.

Duly filled up applications along with self attested testimonials should reach the undersigned on or before 31.10.2019 by 4.30 PM at the office drop box. Applications shall be received by post or may be submitted in office drop box at Charaideo Court Complex or at Sivasagar District Judge court Complex.
