1. Civil engineers with 5 years of experience preferably in Govt sector/ Agency
2. Retired Govt Engineers (Civil) uptill the age of 63 years with experience of 10-15 years,
3. Retired persons from Govt. PSU, MNC etc upto the age of 63 years may apply.
Age: Above the age of 27 years as on 01/01/2016. Retired state government employees uptill the age of 65 years may also apply.
