India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has been setup under the Department of Post, Ministry of Communication with 100% equity owned by Government of India.

India Post Payment Bank Limited (IPPB) invites online applications from qualified candidates who will be appointed at IPPB in Scale IV & V. 1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Circle
No of posts : 16 posts

Age: Maximum of 50 years

Education qualification: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

Post Qualification Work Experience : Minimum 12 years of experience in government / financial sector in leadership positions is preferable.

2. Chief Manager Circle (Sales)
No of posts : 16 posts

Age: Maximum of 50 years

Education qualification: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing is required.

3. Chief Manager Circle (Operations)
No of posts : 16 posts

Age: Maximum of 50 years

Education qualification: Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.

Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 3 years of experience in banking Operations is required

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
