Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is a statutory body formed under an Act of the Parliament.IRDAI invites applications through on-line mode from eligible Indian citizens with experience of working with Insurers, etc. for filling up the posts in the Grades of Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager through open competition on all India basis for its various office.

1. Manager Gr. B
No of posts : 12 posts (UR-10, OBC-2) (F & A / Investments - 04, Non Life Insurance - 06, IT - 02)
Age : 45 years
Pay : Rs. 35150-62400
Educational Qualification: Graduation -60% [or B.Tech (IT/CS) - 60% for IT skill stream].F&A/Invts:ACA/AICWA/ACS/CMA/CFA
Minimum Experience : 10 years

2. Assistant General Manager (AGM) Gr. C
No of posts : 10 posts (UR-07, OBC-2, SC-1) (Actuarial-05, F & A / Investments - 04, Legal-01)
Age : 50 years
Pay : Rs.49000-72200
Educational Qualification: Graduation. Actuarial: Pass in at least 12 papers of IAI, F&A/Invts: ACA/AICWA/ACS/CMA/CFA, Legal: LL.B
Minimum Experience : 15 years

3. Deputy General Manager Gr. D
No of posts : 05 posts (UR-04, OBC-1) (F & A / Investments - 01, Life Insurance - 01, Non-Life Insurance - 01, IT - 02)
Age : 55 years
Pay : Rs. 68500 - 86300
Educational Qualification: Graduation. F&A/Invts: ACA/AICWA/ACS/CMA/CFA. IT: B. Tech (IT/CS) or MCA or Masters in IT (IT/CS)
Minimum Experience : 20 years

4. General Manager Gr. E
No of posts : 02 posts (UR-02) (Actuarial-01, Life Insurance - 01)
Age : 55 years
Pay : Rs. 72800-102350
Educational Qualification: Graduation. Actuarial: Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) with 5 years post qualification experience.
Minimum Experience : 25 years

Selection process: Selection will be through a competitive Written Examination (WE) and/or Interview.
